Terms and Conditions

With the present registration to the Marian Eucharistic
Youth Day (MEYD), which will take place in the Covadonga Shrine, Asturias, from
July 4-6, 2025, the participant fully accepts the following terms and
conditions. Registration is open to people ages 14 to 30 years old.

Admisison

The organizer (the En Marcha Association) reserves the right of admission.

Participants will be refused access to, or stay on the site if they:

– Breach the indications of the organizer or authorized personnel.

– Behave violently or hinder the normal development of the event.

– Are in possession of or dealing drugs. Are in a state of high intoxication or drug intoxication.

– Introduce, carry or use any kind of weapons or objects considered dangerous to health, such as sharp objects.

– Engage in inappropriate, annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, illicit or seriously immoral activities.

Material Damage and Personal Harm

The organizer is not responsible for material or personal damages.

Image Rights

The participant expressly authorizes the capture, reproduction and dissemination of images of his or her person for the purpose of the event or for apostolic purposes by persons or organizations authorized by the organizer.

Data Collected

The data collected for the purpose of registration will be treated with the utmost diligence, in accordance with current legal norms and stored in a file pertaining to the organizers for information and organizational use of the event only.

Data Protection

Your data will be processed by the En Marcha Association for the purpose of processing and managing the present form. Your data will be processed on the basis of the consent given by sending this form. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as provided for in the cases provided for in the legislation in force. Exceptionally, your personal data may be to the companies organizing each event in order to manage the inquiry transmitted, if necessary. Participants whose data is processed may exercise, free of charge, their rights of access to the information, rectification, transfer, deletion, limitation or, as the case may be, objection to their information, in accordance with the terms specified for personal data in the General Data Protection Regulation, in accordance with the legally established procedure. These rights may be exercised by sending a written communication, duly signed, accompanied by a photocopy of his or her ID card, through the e-mail inscripciones@jemj.org. The participant’s data will be kept as long as they do not exercise his or her rights of suppression or opposition. Likewise, if you consider your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a claim before the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data.

Group Registrations

It is understood that the person responsible for the group, who does the registration, accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of each member of the group, having informed them of the terms and conditions and having obtained their express authorization and consent.

Minors

The registration of minors for the MEYD will only be possible in group registrations, indicating the person of legal age responsible for the group. The care and responsibility for the minor must be entrusted to an adult of the group, considered sufficiently mature and responsible, with the due written authorization of the parents or legal guardians of the minor, accompanied by the required documents. One adult may be responsible for a maximum of 10 minors.

During the registration process, the person in charge of the group (over 18 years of age) will enter on the registration form the number of minors in the group. the registration form the number of minors in the group and, for each of them, he/she must request by email the parental request by email the parental authorization (PDF format), which will have to be duly completed, dated and signed by the parents or legal guardians of the minor, as well as accompanied by the ID card or passport of the minor and of the authorized person. Said responsible adult must carry with him/her the authorization of each minor together with the above mentioned documents during the whole encounter, since he/she is the only one responsible for these minors.

In the event that the minor is separated for any reason from the responsible adult, the organizer will not be responsible for the minor.

Cancellation of the Event

In case of cancellation of the event, the organizer will not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience to those registered.
